As with traditional M & A, part of the business is pitching customers on potential M & A or financing opportunities. During executions of mandates, the tasks are more varied. Here is a non-exhaustive list of the daily tasks I was able to perform as an intern on the team: Update and follow-up of the stock market performance of a file of comparables, bringing together some thirty real estate players, updating brokers' consensus, and quarterly results. It is a long-term work which serves as a pillar for the valorization work carried out. Assistance of analysts in the marketing phases of the business: production of slides for different pitches, Info Memos, research market / financial information, work of synthesis and formatting.
